# Terms of Service

## Acceptance

By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms.

## Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital consent age in your
country, whichever is higher).

## License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for
personal styling purposes. The license is revocable for breach.

## Acceptable use

- Do not upload content you don't have rights to.
- Do not upload sexual content involving minors, hate-speech imagery, or
  other content prohibited by Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
- Do not attempt to extract model weights, prompts, or system messages.
- Do not use the service to harass, dox, or impersonate others.

## AI-generated content

Outfit suggestions, captions, and share cards are generated by AI and
provided as creative input. They are not guaranteed to match a specific
event's dress code or your fit goals. Final styling decisions are yours.

## Inclusivity

The product is designed to serve everyone across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum
and gender expressions. Reports of biased or harmful outputs can be sent
to `privacy@agentcore.app` and will be triaged within 5 business days.

## Subscriptions and billing

Muse Edit may offer a free starter plan with limited daily or weekly
usage and auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase
system. Current free limits are shown in the app and may change
prospectively.

Available paid plans, billing periods, prices, and taxes are shown in
the app before purchase and are charged through your Apple Account.

Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing
period, subscriptions renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your
subscription in your Apple Account settings. We do not collect or store
your full payment card details.

If a subscription includes an annual discount, the discount is calculated
against twelve monthly billing periods for the same plan. Refund requests
are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

## Account termination

You may delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend accounts
that violate these terms after notice, except where immediate suspension
is required by law or to protect users.

## Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the
extent permitted by law.

## Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any
claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the
claim.
